Ingredients:
2-1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
3/4 Cup Sugar
225 Grams Butter Softened
1 Egg
1 Tblspn Fresh Orange Juice
1 Tblspn Orange Zest
1/2 Tspn Grated Ginger
1/4 Tspn Salt
Procedure:
In a mixing Bowl, Combine butter & sugar and beat until light and creamy.
Beat in the egg, Orange zest, grated ginger and salt until well blended.
Add little all purpose flour at a time until well incorporated.
Add Fresh Orange juice and remaining APF and fold the mixture.

Form the dough and flatten it.
Wrap tightly with cling / plastic film and refrigerate until chill & firm, atleast 1 hour.
Pre-Heat oven at 180˚ C.
Line baking tray with parchment or baking paper.
Roll the dough out on a well-floured work surface to about ¼-inch thickness.
Cut with cookie cutters and transfer to the prepared baking tray.
Bake 8-10 minutes until fully cooked but not at all browned.
Allow to cool on the baking tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
