Ingredients:
Roughly chop Broccoli Florets
1 Egg
2 Green Chillies finely chopped
2-3 Garlic Cloves finely chopped
1/2 Tspn Black Pepper Powder
1 Tspn Mixed Dried Herbs
Salt as per taste
1/2 Cup Cheese of your choice
All Purpose Flour / Maida for binding
Procedure:
Spray some water on broccoli and steam in a microwave-safe bowl on high power for about 3-4 minutes until tender.
Mash steamed broccoli using masher.
In a bowl crack an egg, add salt, dried herbs, black pepper powder, green chillies and use a fork to lightly beat the egg.
Add the broccoli and give it a quick mix.
Add cheese and little maida at a time and mix well.
Pinch a ball out of the dough and flatten it with your palm.
Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan and shallow fry these fritters from both sides until golden -brown and crisp.

Serve it with tomato ketchup & Yogurt-Mint Dip.
Note:
If you wish to skip an egg , add splash of milk to bind the mixture.
If using broccoli stems, grate and use it.
You can use Gram-Flour (Besan) instead of maida for binding.
