Ingredients:
250 Grams Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
1 Green Bell-pepper thinly sliced
1 Onion thinly sliced
2 Tomatoes finely chopped
2 Tblspn Ginger + Garlic + Green Chilli Paste
1 Tspn Cumin Seeds
1/2 Tspn Turmeric Powder
1-1/2 Tspn Red Chilli Powder (Adjust according to your taste)
3/4 Tspn Punjabi Garam Masala
1 Tspn Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
Salt as per taste
Finely Chopped fresh Coriander Leaves
Procedure
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
When they start spluttering add Ginger + Garlic + Green Chilli Paste and sauté well.
Add sliced onion, chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt.
Cook until onions and tomatoes are slightly softened.
Give it a quick mix and add sliced bell pepper.

Now add paneer pieces and mix well.
Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Add crushed kasuri methi, sprinkle Punjabi Garam masala and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.

Squeeze lemon juice and serve hot with Roti, Naan, Chapati or Phulkas.
Note:
If you like add 2 Tblspn of yogurt to the onion - tomato mixture and cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Do not squeeze lemon if using yogurt.
