Ingredients:
1/2 Litre Milk
1 Tblspn Vanilla Custard Powder (You can double the amount , if you want thick custard)
1 Tbslpn Sugar (Adjust according to your taste)
Strawberry Jelly Crystals
Any Fruits of Your Choice
Here i'm having an Apple, Mango, Bananas, Grapes & an Orange
Procedure:
Remove 1/2 cup of milk from 1/2 litre.
Mix 1 Tblspn of Custard Powder in 1/2 cup milk .
Mix well till smooth.
Boil remaining milk and sugar in a saucepan and bring it to boil.
Once milk starts boiling, switch off gas and add custard powder mixed with milk into it.
Stir continously and again keep on gas to cook for next 2-3 minutes.
Let the consistency of custard be runny as it thickens once cooled.
Let it cool down completly at room temperature and then keep refrigerated.

Mix 20 Grams of Jelly crystal in 50 ml water and bring it to boil.
Once it starts boiling add another 50 ml water into it and mix well.
Pour the mixture in jelly moulds (i used Ice Tray) and refrigerate it for 1-2 hours.
Wash and chop fruits.
Remove membrane and outer skin of Orange. We just need Pulp.

There are two ways of serving , either you mix fruits into custard or pour custard over chopped fruits.
Top it up with set Jelly.
Serve chilled.
